Welcome to APIAny.AI, an AI API aggregation and cost governance platform. By using APIAny.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
APIAny.AI provides unified API access to supported AI models, API key management, prepaid credits, usage auditing, and developer console features. The service is not a source-code template product.
You are responsible for your account, API keys, application budgets, and all activity under your credentials. Keep API keys secret and rotate them if you suspect exposure.
APIAny.AI uses prepaid credits. Unless otherwise stated, 1 USD = 1000 credits. Paid credits are added after Stripe Checkout or an approved manual enterprise recharge. Model usage is deducted according to the price shown in the console and current account pricing rules.
If a request cannot be processed because of insufficient account balance or API key budget, the API may return HTTP 402. Failed asynchronous tasks are refunded according to platform rules when all eligible processing attempts fail.
You may not use APIAny.AI to violate laws, attack systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse model access, or attempt to extract secrets or private data from the platform.
For auditing, troubleshooting, billing verification, and abuse prevention, APIAny.AI may store request and response body content for up to 30 rolling days. API key level content logging controls may disable body storage for selected applications. Authentication secrets, API keys, cookies, and payment secrets are not intentionally stored in request or response logs.
Media payloads such as binary files or base64 data are not stored in PostgreSQL; only storage URLs and metadata are retained. Financial records, order records, credit ledgers, and monthly summaries may be retained longer for accounting and compliance.
We work to provide stable access, but model availability, latency, and service capacity may vary. APIAny.AI may apply availability strategies when configured.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, API keys, or model access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform stability.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APIAny.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of APIAny.AI after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
